摘  要:通过对市场需求和工业现场实际情况的分析,发现PLC/RTU等设备故障对用户造成的停机损失难以解决,故障诊断也相对复杂。尤其是在我国大规模分散部署的SCADA系统中,控制层PLC故障诊断难以收集和处理,从而造成某种程度上设备维护不及时等问题。如何迅速、正确地进行故障诊断和排除相应故障,已经成为保证设备正常运转的核心问题。为了解决这一问题,本文提出了一种基于Web Socket的实时通信的PLC故障诊断系统的技术分析与设计,对故障诊断程序的推理机制进行分析,该机制结合了专家系统方法和故障树方法,能够根据设备运行状态和历史数据,快速定位故障原因;并据此设计了一套完善的故障诊断系统,包括故障诊断软件、数据采集模块和远程通信模块。最后结合实际应用进行阐述,有效地提高设备运行效率,降低故障率,为用户节省大量的停机损失。Through the analysis of the market demand and the actual situation of the industrial site,it is found that the downtime loss caused by the failure of PLC/RTU and other equipment is difficult to solve,and the fault diagnosis is relatively complex,especially in the large-scale decentralized deployment of SCADA system in China,the control layer PLC fault diagnosis is difficult to collect and deal with,resulting in equipment maintenance to some extent is not timely and other problems.How to diagnose and eliminate the corresponding faults quickly and correctly has become the core problem to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.In order to solve this problem,this paper proposes the technical analysis and design of a PLC fault diagnosis system based on WebSocket real-time communication,and analyzes the reasoning mechanism of the fault diagnosis program.This mechanism combines the expert system method and the fault tree method,which can quickly locate the fault cause according to the equipment operating status and historical data.Based on this,a perfect fault diagnosis system is designed,which includes fault diagnosis software,data acquisition module and remote communication module.Combined with the practical application,it can effectively improve the operating efficiency of equipment,reduce the failure rate,and save a lot of downtime losses for users.
