尿量仪校准方法的研究

摘　　要：在尿量仪质量控制方面,目前国内并没有相应的国家标准和计量标准。本文主要介绍了尿量仪的组成和用途,针对目前临床在用设备,研究了尿量仪的校准方法,并进行了验证实验。依据此方法制定了《尿量仪国家校准规范》,已通过全国临床医学计量技术委员会专家评审,即将颁布。此规范的实施将为开展相应的质量控制工作提供技术依据,希望通过质量控制,确保尿量仪设备良好运行,有效提高医疗安全。Currently,there are no corresponding national standards and metrological standards for quality control of urine flowmeters in China.This article mainly focuses on the current clinical equipment in use,introduces the composition and use of urine flowmeters,studies the calibration methods of urine flowmeters,and conducts validation experiments.Based on this method,the"National Calibration Specification for Urine Flowmeters"has been formulated,which has been reviewed by experts from the National Clinical Metrology Technical Committee and is about to be issued.The implementation of this specification will provide technical basis for carrying out corresponding quality control work,hoping to ensure the good operation of urine flowmeters and effectively improve medical safety through quality control.
