摘　　要：榜样文化对于人的价值追求具有引领作用。在中国共产党发展的各个历史时期涌现出了大批优秀榜样,这些优秀榜样的品质在不同时期都鼓舞着中国共产党人不断前进,且具有不同的时代内涵。大学生是富有活力的群体、是国家未来发展的重要人才,以中国共产党榜样文化引领大学生的发展能助推国家的富强。从家国情怀的培养、知识的学习和“三观”的树立三个维度阐释中国共产党榜样文化对新时代大学生的价值引领,能更有效地促进中国共产党榜样文化在大学生中的传承。Model culture has a leading role in the pursuit of human value.In the development of the Communist Party of China in various historical periods emerged a large number of excellent models,the quality of these excellent models in different periods are encouraging the Communist Party of China to keep moving forward,and has different connotations of the Times.College students are energetic groups and important talents for the future development of the country.Guiding the development of college students with the example culture of the Communist Party of China can promote the prosperity of the country.From the three dimensions of the role model culture of the Communist Party of China on the cultivation of college students'family and country feelings,knowledge learning and the establishment of“three outlooks”to explains the era value of the role model culture of the Communist Party of China on college students in the new era,which can more effectively explore how to inherit the role model culture of the Communist Party of China among college students.
