摘 要:研究通过使用扶壁式三角架代替工字钢进行楼梯间、电梯井和楼座转角处悬挑脚手架的应用,解决了传统施工工艺带来的施工不便等问题。传统型钢悬挑施工方法对钢材消耗量较大,且不同结构造型对型钢长度要求不同,很难达到型钢全部周转使用的理想效果。除此,使用型钢对原结构的破坏需要进行修补,造成施工成本的增加。经研究发现,扶壁式三角架方便施工且可周转使用,有利于材料费用的节约,故可取得良好的经济效益。Research has been conducted on the use of buttress type triangular support frames instead of I-beams for the application of cantilever scaffolding in stairwells,elevator shafts,and building corners,in order to solve the problems of construction inconvenience caused by traditional construction techniques.The traditional steel cantilever construction method consumes a large amount of steel,and different structural shapes have different requirements for the length of the steel,making it difficult to achieve the ideal effect of using all the steel for turnover.In addition,the damage to the original structure caused by the use of section steel needs to be repaired,resulting in an increase in construction costs.After research,it was found that the buttress type triangular support frame is convenient for construction and can be used interchangeably,which is beneficial for saving material costs and achieving good economic benefits.
