摘 要:该技术主要依托珠江三角洲某项目,盾构施工阶段出渣垂直高度为66.78 m,工作井有效直径为30.5 m,盾构隧洞长度为2.926 km,隧洞内径为5.4 m,隧洞坡度为0.5%,主盾构洞身掘进地质多为弱风化泥质粉砂岩,隧洞埋深40~60 m,采用φ6280土压平衡盾构施工。因受工作井深度及空间影响,盾构施工期间渣土运输问题是工程的重难点,研究通过优化出渣方式,改进出渣设备,以达到提高生产效率,节约施工成本,保证施工安全的目的。This technology mainly relies on the A2 standard project of the Pearl River Delta Water resources allocation project.The vertical height of slag discharge during the shield construction stage is 66.78 m,the effective diameter of the working well is 30.5 m,the length of the shield tunnel is 2.926 km,the inner diameter of the tunnel is 5.4 m,the slope of the tunnel is 0.5%,and the shield tunnel mainly crosses Ganzhu river.The excavation of the shield tunnel is mostly weak weathered mud siltstone,the tunnel is buried 40~60 m,and the,6280 soil pressure balance shield is used for construction.Affected by the depth and space of the working well,it is difficult to transport the slag during shield construction.The team takes overcoming difficulties as the starting point,through optimizing the slag method and improving the slag equipment,to achieve the purpose of improving production efficiency,saving construction costs and ensuring construction safety.The measures adopted can be used as reference for similar projects.
