摘 要:桥梁桩基破除桩头施工一直是施工技术难点,施工时经常会破坏桩头钢筋,从而影响桩基质量,并且桩头破除工程费时费力。以赣南大道快速路某桩基破除桩头施工为例,采用静力膨胀法破除桥梁灌注桩桩头,运用该工艺桩头能够有效实现截桩面部位出现微观水平裂缝,有利于桩头整体破除,桩头部位钢筋洁净无损伤,施工过程中无扬尘、无噪声,绿色环保,经济低碳,可以有效节约施工成本,提高施工效率。The construction of bridge pile foundation breaking pile heads has always been a technical difficulty.During construction,the steel bars at the pile heads are often damaged,which affects the quality of the pile foundation.Moreover,the pile head breaking project is time-consuming and laborious.Taking the construction of breaking the pile head of a certain pile foundation on Gannan Avenue Expressway as an example,the static expansion method is used to break the pile head of the bridge cast-in-place pile.The use of this technology can effectively achieve micro horizontal cracks on the cutting surface of the pile head,which is conducive to the overall breaking of the pile head.The steel bars at the pile head are clean and undamaged,and there is no dust or noise during the construction process.It is green,environmentally friendly,and cost-effective,which can effectively save construction costs and improve construction efficiency.
