摘  要:阻隔抑爆结构-球形非金属隔片(Nonmetallic Spherical Spacers,NSSs)填充于密闭空间中,能够减缓火焰的冲击,削弱火焰传播能量,防止发展为更为严重的爆炸,用于解决易燃易爆危险化学品的爆炸或“二次爆炸”的工程难题,从而解决了可燃气体及液体的生产、存放、运输和使用中的问题。但NSSs的置换率(体积指标)过大,严重制约NSSs的广泛使用。文中以最小化柔度为目标,采用变密度法拓扑优化NSSs结构,降低NSSs的置换率;通过用40 mm破片炸药燃烧弹进行(Fragmentation Explosive Incendiary Shells,FEIS)射流引燃试验,对比分析射流引燃的火焰形态和变化、油桶破坏程度、火球最高温度和高温持续时间,验证优化后的NSSs抑爆性能,为易燃易爆化学品的抑爆技术发展提供重要参考。The explosion-suppression structure-Nonmetallic Spherical Spacers(NSSs)are filled in confined space,which can retard the impact of flame shock and reduce the flame propagation energy.Therefore,more serious explosion is prevented.NSSs are used to solve such engineering problems as explosion or“secondary explosion”of flammable and explosive hazardous chemicals.Thus,the production,storage,transportation and use of combustible gases and liquids are ensured.However,the large replacement rate(the volume index)of NSSs hinders its widespread use.In this article,with focus on minimizing the average compliance,the variable density method is employed to optimize the NSSs structure and reduce its replacement rate.Such factors as the flame’s shape and variation,the oil drum’s damage,and the fireball’s maximum temperature and duration of high temperature are compared and analyzed through the 40 mm Fragmentation Explosive Incendiary Shells experiment,in order to verify the NSSs explosion-suppression performance after optimization.This study provides significant reference for the development of explosion-suppression technology specifically designed for flammable and explosive chemicals.
