黑龙江省智慧养老服务发展现状及对策研究

摘　　要：随着我国人口老龄化日益严重,人们对养老服务的需求也在迅速增加,为智慧养老产业带来了机遇。随着互联网、大数据、人工智能等现代科技的飞速发展,智慧养老服务业应运而生且探索出一条新路,以应对日趋严重的养老问题。黑龙江省智慧养老服务业的发展呈现规模不断扩大、需求持续增长、政策扶持力度逐渐加大等态势,同时也面临着专业服务人才短缺、老年人存在数字鸿沟、供需结构失衡等问题。基于黑龙江省智慧养老服务发展现状与问题,提出注重专业人才队伍建设、发挥政府和社会力量、调整供需结构等发展对策,以期推动黑龙江省智慧养老服务高质量发展。With the increasingly severe aging of the population in our country,the demand for elderly care services is also rapidly increasing,bringing opportunities for the smart elderly care industry.With the rapid development of Internet,big data,artificial intelligence and other modern technologies,the intelligent elderly care service industry has emerged and explored a new way to deal with the increasingly serious elderly care problem.The development of the smart elderly care service industry in Heilongjiang Province is showing a trend of continuous expansion in scale,continuous growth in demand,and gradually increasing policy support.At the same time,it is also facing problems such as a shortage of professional service talents,a digital divide among the elderly,and an imbalance in supply and demand structure.Based on the current situation and problems of the development of smart elderly care services in Heilongjiang Province,this paper proposes development strategies such as emphasizing the construction of professional talent teams,leveraging government and social forces,and adjusting supply and demand structures,in order to promote the high-quality development of smart elderly care services in Heilongjiang Province.
