摘　　要：乡村高质量发展对乡村生态振兴提出了深层次要求,由简单的改善生态环境变为思维方式、生活方式、生产方式的全面转变。基于此,提出乡村生态振兴策略,主要包括:发展生态产业,把农村丰富的生态资源转化为农村居民致富的绿色产业,推进种植业、养殖业的清洁化发展,降低生产过程中各个环节的能耗和排放;建设生态人居环境,提升农村污水、垃圾治理水平,协同开展厕所革命,提升村容村貌;培育生态文化,帮助农村居民树立正确的生态意识,提高农村居民的生态文化素质和生态文明意识;构建体制机制,从投入机制、管理机制、激励机制、生态自觉、社会监督等方面,打造支撑生态振兴的系统制度。High-quality rural development puts forward deep requirements for rural ecological revitalization,from simple improvement of ecological environment to comprehensive transformation of thinking mode,lifestyle and production mode.This paper puts forward the strategy of rural ecological revitalization,which mainly includes:developing ecological industry,transforming rich ecological resources in rural areas into green industries for rural residents to get rich,promoting the clean development of planting and breeding industries,and reducing energy consumption and emissions in all links of production;build ecological human settlements,improve the level of rural sewage and garbage treatment,coordinate the toilet revolution,and improve the appearance of villages;cultivate ecological culture,help rural residents establish correct ecological consciousness,and improve their ecological cultural quality and awareness of ecological civilization;build system and mechanism,and build a systematic system to support ecological revitalization from the aspects of input mechanism,management mechanism,incentive mechanism,ecological consciousness and social supervision.
