摘　　要：绿色金融在推动经济绿色转型过程中发挥着重要作用。为促进陕南向绿色、低碳、循环转型,助推陕西实现“双碳”目标,自2016年起,陕南各地市从政策制定、绿色金融产品创新和平台搭建等方面积极推动绿色金融发展进程,但在实施过程中仍存在缺乏专项指导文件、绿色信贷资金结构不均衡、绿色金融产品创新力度不足等问题,为此可以采取制定专项指导文件、优化绿色信贷资金结构和深化绿色金融产品创新等发展路径,以期促进陕南经济实现高质量发展。In order to promote the transformation of Southern Shaanxi to green,low-carbon and recycling,and boost Shaanxi to achieve the goal of“double carbon”.Since 2016,southern Shaanxi have actively promoted the development process of green finance from the aspects of policy formulation,green financial product innovation and platform construction.However,there are still some problems in the implementation process,such as the lack of special guidance documents,the imbalance of green credit fund structure,and the insufficient innovation of green financial products.In order to promote the economic development of southern Shaanxi to a high quality,it is necessary to formulate special guidance documents,optimize the fund structure of green credit and deepen the innovation of green financial products.
