灰岩地层悬臂掘进机镐形截齿破岩机理研究

摘  要:利用悬臂掘进机进行隧道掘进对隧道围岩扰动较小,能有效控制隧道围岩变形,研究其截齿破岩的作用机理有重要意义。通过离散元数值分析建立截齿破岩模型,研究在不同截齿数目和贯入度下岩体破坏开裂的规律与特征。岩体在截齿侵入初期表现为弹性变形特征但其最终破坏形式为塑性破坏。岩体破坏的主要原因是截齿侧壁对岩体的剪切作用破坏了岩石颗粒的胶结力。在多截齿耦合破岩作用下截齿侧壁对岩体的剪切作用远大于单截齿的剪切作用,多截齿耦合破岩缩短了裂缝开展长度,显著提高破岩效率。The use of a cantilever tunneling machine for tunnel excavation has less disturbance to the surrounding rock of the tunnel,and can effectively control the deformation of the tunnel surrounding rock.Studying the mechanism of its cutting tooth rock breaking is of great significance.Establish a rock breaking model using discrete element numerical analysis to study the laws and characteristics of rock failure and cracking under different numbers and penetrations of cutting teeth.The following conclusion is drawn that the rock mass exhibits elastic deformation characteristics in the early stage of cutting tooth invasion,but its final failure form is plastic failure.The main reason for rock mass failure is that the shear action of the cutting tooth sidewall on the rock mass destroys the bonding force of rock particles.Under the coupled rock breaking action of multiple picks,the shear effect of the pick sidewall on the rock mass is much greater than that of a single pick.The coupled rock breaking action of multiple picks shortens the crack development length and significantly improves the rock breaking efficiency.
