摘 要:选择正戊烷为共沸剂,研究甲缩醛-甲醇体系的共沸精馏分离工艺。以三元相图为基础进行概念设计,确定了合适的共沸精馏分离流程。采用Aspen Plus模拟软件对该过程进行工艺模拟与优化,分析确定了优化的操作压力、操作温度和溶剂比等工艺操作条件,对比考察了精馏塔塔板数、进料位置、溶剂比等工艺参数对产品质量和能耗指标的影响。结果表明,采用正戊烷作为共沸剂的共沸精馏工艺,可高效地实现甲缩醛-甲醇混合物的分离,甲缩醛产品质量浓度可达99%,甲缩醛回收率不低于99.9%。与常规变压精馏工艺相比,共沸精馏工艺的能耗约可降低36%,具有较好的工业应用价值。The azeotropic distillation separation process of dimethoxymethane-methanol system was studied by selecting n-pentane as the azeotropic agent.Based on the ternary phase diagram,a conceptual design was conducted to determine an appropriate azeotropic distillation separation process.The process was simulated and optimized using Aspen Plus simulation software,and the optimized operating conditions such as operating pressure,operating temperature,and solvent ratio were analyzed and determined.The effects of process parameters such as the number of distillation tower plates,feed position,and solvent ratio on product quality and energy consumption indicators were compared and investigated.The results show that the azeotropic distillation process using n-pentane as the azeotropic agent can efficiently separate dimethoxymethane and methanol.The mass concentration of dimethoxymethane product can reach 99%,and the recovery rate of dimethoxymethane is not less than 99.9%.Compared with conventional pressure swing distillation process,the energy consumption of azeotropic distillation process can be reduced by about 36%,which has good industrial application value.
