摘 要:国内外硫磺回收装置液硫管线通常采用夹套管伴热,但由于夹套管制造周期长、施工难度大、使用中容易产生漏点,给用户带来了极大困扰。介绍了某公司研发的新型可拆卸夹套伴热技术,并通过液硫管道伴热试验、伴热理论计算、计算流体动力学模拟等形式,对该技术在液硫管线上的应用进行探讨。伴热试验表明,通过在液硫管道上布置适当的伴热管,可以使管道中的常温液硫快速达到130℃,满足液硫管道对伴热性能和冷态启动性能的要求。在伴热试验的基础上,伴热理论计算和计算流体动力学模拟进一步证明了该技术在大口径液硫管道上应用的可行性。与蒸汽夹套管伴热对比表明,该技术在满足液硫管道伴热需求的同时,其安全性、便捷性和经济性优于夹套管伴热,可考虑作为液硫管线伴热的备选技术。Liquid sulfur pipelines in sulfur recovery units usually use steam jacket for thermal maintenance.However,the long manufacturing cycle of steam jacket,high construction difficulty,and easy occurrence of leakage points during use,which has brought great difficulties to users.This article introduces a new type of detachable thermal maintenance technology developed by a certain company,and explores the application of this technology in liquid sulfur pipelines through heat tracing test,theoretical calculation of tracing heat,fluid dynamics simulation calculation.The heat tracing test shows that the ambient temperature liquid sulfur can reach 130℃rapidly by placing proper heat tracing tubes on the liquid sulfur pipeline,which can meet the requirements of the heat tracing performance and cold start-up performance of the liquid sulfur pipeline.On the basis of the heat tracing test,the feasibility of this technique in the application of large caliber liquid sulfur pipelines is further proved by the heat tracing theory calculation and the fluid dynamics simulation calculation.The comparison with steam jacket shows that this technology is superior to steam jacket in safety,convenience and economy,while meeting the demand of heat tracing for liquid sulfur pipelines,therefore,it can be considered as an alternative heat tracing technology for liquid sulfur pipelines.
