创疡再生医疗技术联合自体微粒皮种植治疗手指毁损伤1例报告

摘　　要：给予2021年11月24日北京市丰台区中医医院收治的1例左手绞伤截指与皮瓣缝合术后皮瓣坏死及指骨间关节囊外露伴坏死患者在抗生素抗感染治疗的同时,局部创面行创疡再生医疗技术及自体微粒皮种植治疗,治疗第55天创面完全愈合;出院后5个月随访,愈后皮肤弹性较好,中指功能恢复良好。One patient with flap necrosis,interphalangeal joint capsule exposure and necrosis after finger amputa-tion and flap suture for left hand contusion injury,admitted to Beijing Fengtai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine on November 24,2021,was treated with the regenerative medical technology for wounds and ulcers in combination with autolo-gous microskin implantation for local wounds,in addition to antibiotic anti-infection treatment.After 55 days of treatment,the wounds were all completely healed.The follow-up 5 months after discharge found the healed skin in good elasticity and excellent functional rehabilitation of the middle finger.
