摘　　要：客运设备的正常运行对于保障高铁列车的安全和乘客良好的出行体验至关重要,然而目前客运设备的维修施工受多种条件影响,现场维修效率低,安全卡控难度大。通过规范客运设备维修施工管理,厘清客运设备维修施工等级划分、计划提报审批、现场标准落实以及风险防控4大管理措施;通过信息化、智能化手段卡控现场安全风险,对维修施工计划下达后的全流程、关键作业管控,加强维修施工作业标准化的落实,确保高铁车站维修施工安全管控到位,实现高铁车站客运设备维修施工标准化规范化。The normal operation of passenger transport equipment is crucial to ensure the safety of high speed trains and the travel experience of passengers.However,the maintenance construction of passenger transport equipment is affected by various conditions,resulting in low efficiency of on-site maintenance and substantial difficulties in safety control.By standardizing the management of maintenance construction for passenger transport equipment,four management measures have been defined,including segmentation of maintenance levels for passenger transport equipment,plan submission and approval,on-site implementation of standards,and risk prevention and control.Information and intelligence means are adopted to control the on-site safety risks,manage the entire process and key operations following the maintenance plan issuance,enhance standardization of maintenance operations,and ensure safety management in maintenance construction at high speed railway stations.This approach aims to achieve standardized and normalized maintenance construction for passenger transport equipment at high speed railway stations.
