摘　　要：交通基础设施建设是重塑经济关系网络和优化经济空间格局的重要力量。基于高速公路网络数据,探讨了交通发展对空间知识溢出及地区产业升级的影响机制。研究发现:高速公路建设不仅有助于缓解空间距离对地区间空间知识溢出的阻碍作用,还有利于弱化地区间经济或文化距离等其他分割因素对空间知识溢出的限制,增强异质性发展水平或不同文化地区间的知识扩散,使得地区产业升级更加受益于空间知识溢出效应。地方政府应重视并充分利用交通发展对空间知识溢出的积极影响,强化区际互联互通的同时,消除阻碍空间知识溢出和技术扩散的隐性壁垒,从而有效推动地区产业升级。The construction of transportation infrastructure is an important force to reshape the economic relations network and optimize the economic spatial pattern.Based on the data of expressway network,this paper investigated the mechanism through which transportation development influences spatial knowledge spillover and regional industrial upgrading.The findings demonstrated that expressway construction not only mitigated the inhibiting impact of spatial distance on inter-regional spatial knowledge spillover but also diminished the constraints imposed by other segmentation factors such as economic or cultural distance on spatial knowledge diffusion.Moreover,it facilitated the dissemination of knowledge between regions with varying levels of development or diverse cultural backgrounds,thereby enhancing the benefits derived from spatial knowledge spillover for regional industrial upgrading.Local governments should prioritize and fully leverage the positive influence of transportation development on spatial knowledge spillover,strengthen inter-regional connectivity,and eliminate hidden barriers that impede both spatial knowledge spillover and technology diffusion to effectively promote regional industrial upgrading.
