摘　　要：创新是企业实现高质量发展的第一驱动力,也是企业提高市场竞争力和自主创新能力的重要手段。深刻揭示数字化转型与体育企业创新之间的关系对于体育产业高质量发展具有重要意义。选取2012-2021年沪深两市A股体育企业为研究样本,实证检验数字化转型对我国体育企业创新的影响及作用机制。结果表明:数字化转型对体育企业创新具有正向促进作用;数字化转型对体育企业创新的促进作用主要通过降低人力资本投入、优化创新人员结构和提高运营效率来实现;数字化转型对体育企业创新的正向影响更显著地存在于国有体育企业。Innovation is the first driving force for enterprises to achieve high-quality development,and it is also an important means for enterprises to improve market competitiveness and independent innovation capabilities.Profoundly revealing the relationship between digital transformation and innovation in sports enterprises is of great significance for the high-quality development of China's sports industry.Selecting A-share sports enterprises in the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets from 2012 to 2021 as research samples,this study empirically tested the impact and mechanism of digital transformation on innovation in sports enterprises in China.The results indicated that:Digital transformation had a positive effect on innovation in sports enterprises.The promotion effect of digital transformation on innovation in sports enterprises was mainly achieved by reducing human capital investment,optimizing the structure of innovative personnel,and improving operational efficiency.The positive impact of digital transformation on innovation in sports enterprises was more significant in state-owned sports enterprises.
