摘　　要：新质生产力是实现现代化产业体系建设的内生动力,它以高素质的新劳动力、新介质的劳动资料和新料质的劳动对象为核心要义,具有注重新发展理念、注重创新化、体现数字化、兼顾未来化、培育新产业等鲜明的时代特征。新质生产力主要通过助推产业体系的完整化、安全化、创新化、智能化、绿色化和融合化,赋能现代化产业体系建设。论文提出由于存在新质生产力赋能现代化产业体系“六化”的现实挑战,所以需要以新质生产力释放传统产业能量、培育新兴产业和未来产业助推产业体系完整化,统筹协调开放新观念、构筑安全包容新高地助推产业体系安全化,增强创新驱动赋能、打赢核心技术攻坚战助推产业体系创新化,加强数字关键技术攻关、创新产业发展模式助推产业体系智能化,完善绿色低碳政策、释放绿色市场空间助推产业体系绿色化,推进产业融合、数实融合、强化产业规模优势助推产业体系融合化。New quality productive forces are the endogenous driving force for achieving the construction of a modern industrial system,with high-quality productive forces,new media labor materials,and new material labor objects as the core essence.They have distinct characteristics of the times,such as emphasizing new development concepts,innovation,digitization,futurism,and cultivating new industries.New quality productive forces mainly empower the construction of modern industrial systems by promoting the completeness,safety,innovation,intelligence,greenness,and integration of industrial systems.However,due to the practical challenges of empowering the modernization of the industrial system with new quality productive forces,it is necessary to release the energy of traditional industries,cultivate emerging industries,and promote the completeness of the industrial system through new quality productive forces.We need to coordinate and open up new concepts,build a new highland of safety and capacity,and promote the security of the industrial system.We need to enhance innovation driven empowerment,win the battle against core technologies,and promote the innovation of the industrial system,strengthen the research and development of digital key technologies,innovate industrial development models to promote the intelligence of industrial systems,improve green and low-carbon policies,release green market space to promote the greening of industrial systems,promote industrial integration,digital and real integration,and strengthen industrial scale advantages to promote the integration of industrial systems.
