临近文物保护建筑深基坑工程变形控制措施研究

摘  要:在既有建筑周边进行基坑开挖,容易导致建筑变形,从而对其使用功能和安全性产生严重影响。文章以南京夫子庙景区某项目为例,从围护结构设计、隔离桩设计、施工控制、信息化监测4个方面采取措施控制基坑本体及周边环境的变形,保护临近文物保护建筑的安全。结果表明,监测数据在监测控制限值内,对临近建筑起到了有效的保护。设计、施工措施及监测数据可供类似工程参考。To excavate the foundation pit adjacent to existing buildings can easily lead to deformation of the buildings,and thus have a serious impact on their use and safety.This paper takes a project in Nanjing's Confucius Temple Scenic Area as an example,design of the envelope structure,design of isolation piles,construction control and digital monitoring measures can be used to control the deformation of the foundation pit and surrounding environment,protect the safety of heritage listed buildings.Monitoring results show that data of monitoring items are all within the monitoring control limits,provided effective protection for the existing buildings.Moreover,the design,construction measures and monitoring data can serve as a reference for similar engineering project.
