摘 要:结合沙曲二矿的地质条件及工作面条件,通过现场调研,设计了沙曲二矿5号煤层5302工作面110工法中空注浆锚索支护与单元支架临时支护,并进行实践。现场应用结果表明,切顶卸压后采取注浆锚索支护与单元支架的临时支护技术,在距切眼0~200 m内,顶底板移近量及巷道两帮移近量逐渐减小,趋于稳定。顶板总体下沉量不大,底鼓量较大。留巷段前200 m两帮移近增量逐渐变小,巷道逐步进入稳定阶段,满足留巷要求,验证了本文提出的支护技术的可靠性。Combined with the geological conditions and working face conditions of Shaqu No.2 Coal Mine,this paper designed the 110 construction method hollow grouting anchor cable supporting and unit bracket temporary supporting of the No.5302 working face of No.5 coal seam of Shaqu No.2 Coal Mine through field investigation,and carried out the practice on site.The field results showed that the temporary supporting technology of grouting anchor cable supporting and unit bracket was adopted after the roof cutting and pressure relief.The displacement of roof and floor and the displacement of two sides of roadway gradually decreased and tended to be stable within the range of 0~200 m from the open-off cut.The overall subsidence of the roof was not large,and the floor heave was large.The incremental movement of the two sides in the first 200 meters of the retained roadway gradually decreased,and the roadway gradually entered the stable stage,meeting the requirements of roadway retention,which verified the reliability of the support technology proposed in this paper.
