摘　　要：为了更好地传达政策精神,在实际工作和解决问题时,党政公文的语言应具有良好的逻辑性,且其措辞应保持优雅、简洁、明确。精心设计的党政公文语言可以准确表达发文机关意图,大力提高工作效率,避免不必要的麻烦和误解。但在实际写作中,还存在着材料内容概括不足、遣词造句把握不准、语言表达逻辑不清、时政热点结合不紧等问题。为切实提升党政公文写作的文本质量,更好地发挥党政公文在公务活动中的协调沟通作用,需要从提炼概括材料内容、合理安排遣词造句、分析厘清语言逻辑、持续更新提法表述四个方面采取针对性措施。In order to better convey policies and solve problems in practical work,the language of party and government documents should possess strong logic,and its wording should be elegant,concise,and clear.Well-designed language in party and government documents can improve work efficiency and more accurately express the intent of the issuing authority,avoiding unnecessary troubles and misunderstandings.However,in actual writing,there are still problems such as insufficient summarization of material content,inaccurate choice of words and sentences,unclear logic expression,and lack of integration with current political hotspots.To effectively enhance the text quality of party and government official document writing and better play the coordinating and communication role of party and government documents in official activities,targeted measures need to be taken from four aspects:extracting and summarizing material content,reasonably arranging word and sentence selection,analyzing and clarifying language logic,and continuously updating the expression of terms.
