从“营卫-经络-脏腑”探讨中医药调控细胞自噬延缓皮肤衰老机制

摘　　要：自噬是真核细胞特有的细胞自我消化的现象,可清除衰老的细胞器与炎症代谢产物,在皮肤衰老的过程中发挥重要作用。笔者概括了细胞自噬通过调控表皮和真皮的增殖与分化以修复皮肤损伤、清除皮肤自由基以抵抗氧化应激、调节炎症反应以维持皮肤稳态的3个途径达到延缓皮肤衰老的目的,并试图从“营卫-经络-脏腑”角度阐释自噬调控皮肤衰老的中医内涵,旨在为研究中医药延缓皮肤衰老的微观机制提供思路,为临床运用中医药疗法改善皮肤衰老提供理论依据。Autophagy is a phenomenon of cellular self-digestion unique to eukaryotic cells,which can remove senescent organelles and inflammatory metabolites,and play an important role in the process of skin aging.The author summarized three ways for autophagy to delay skin aging by regulating the proliferation and differentiation of epidermis and dermis to repair skin damage,eliminating free radicals to resist oxidative stress,and regulating the inflammatory response to maintain skin homeostasis,and tried to explain the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)connotation of skin aging regulated by autophagy from the perspective of"Yingwei-Meridians-Zangfu".This paper aims to provide ideas for the study of the micro-mechanism of TCM to skin aging,and the theoretical basis for clinical application of TCM therapy to alleviate skin aging.
