摘 要:城市文化建设是一个多元议题,在“厚古薄今”的思维定式之下,工业文明对城市文化建设的作用常常被忽视。以徐工文创为例,探索工业文明视野下的徐州城市文化建设新思路:从文化资源、文化产品以及文化产业运营三个角度对徐工文创发展现状进行剖析,依此提出充分利用和优化硬件资源、深挖和整合软件资源;广泛开拓城市工业文旅客群、打造动静结合的城市工业文旅产品体系、开发符合时代消费特征的城市工业文创产品;融入城市文化建设和文旅整合营销、提升服务的人性化与规范化、建立O2O宣传矩阵及丰富宣传内容等相应对策建议,以期对徐州城市文化建设提供有益参考。The construction of urban culture is a pluralistic issue,and the role of industrial civilization in the construction of urban culture is often neglected under the stereotype of"thick past and thin present".Taking XCMG Cultural and Creative Industry as an example,this paper explores new ideas for the construction of Xuzhou's urban culture from the perspective of industrial civilization:analyzes the status quo of XCMG Cultural and Creative development from the perspectives of cultural resources,cultural products and operation modes,and proposes to make full use of and optimize hardware resources,dig deep and integrate software resources.Extensively develop the industrial cultural and tourism client groups,create an industrial cultural and tourism product system that combines dynamic and static types,and develop urban industrial cultural and creative products that meet the consumer needs of the times;In order to provide a useful reference for the construction of urban culture in Xuzhou,the integration of cultural tourism marketing,the improvement of service humanization and standardization,the establishment of O2O publicity matrix and the enrichment of publicity content,etc.,in order to provide a useful reference for the construction of urban culture in Xuzhou.
