江西省“上饶市+景德镇市+鹰潭市”城市组团发展的区域经济学分析

摘　　要：上饶市在构建城市体系过程中,需要解决行政区域因景德镇市和鹰潭市深度嵌入而被分割为两个区域的问题。构建“上景鹰”三角形、“人”字形发展构架和“六中心地节点”是对改变“上饶市+景德镇市+鹰潭市”发展状态的前瞻性思考,在此过程中要以万年县的“大源镇+裴梅镇”和弋阳县的曹溪镇为依托,形成将上饶市东端区域与西端区域连接在一起的节点。完善“上景鹰”城市团需要突破行政区划限制,更要在行政力量影响下,依托乡镇中心地构建起次级城市团,将发展基础好和区位条件优越的乡镇中心地发展成为县级中心地间的连接纽带,提高上饶市、景德镇市和鹰潭市行政区划边界处乡镇中心地间对接的质量。In the process of constructing urban system,Shangrao city needs to solve the problem for administrative areas being divided into two areas because of Shangrao city embedded deeply with Jingdezhen city and Yingtan city.It is the proactive thinking to change Shangrao city’s development situation by means of constructing Shangjingying triangle,shaping ren-shape development frame,shaping six-center node,in the process of which,it is necessary to construct node which links the eastern area of Shangrao city and western area of Shangrao city together,based on“Dayuan town+Peiyuan own”in Wannian county and Caoxi town in Yiyang county.The administrative division limitation should be broken through in order to improve Shangjingying urban group,also need to rely on town-grade center to construct secondary urban group,the centers with better development foundations and opportunity locations should be developed into the connection between county-grade centers,strengthening the docking of administrative border among Shangrao city,Yingtan city and Jingdehen city.
