摘 要:数字技术赋能农产品价值链是推动农业现代化的重要途径。目前农产品价值链存在农户为主的生产者现代农业技术应用能力和意愿不足,农产品流通环节信息化水平低及数据采集共享不足,农产品零售商在销售过程中缺乏对顾客相关数据的详细记录、精准把握需求变化的能力不足,品牌建设不足、农户难以获得农产品高品质溢价等问题。针对上述问题,应该建立从种植到销售的全流程动态管控机制、农产品数据流转分析的链条式延伸增值机制、生产流通环节的标准化管理保障机制等,开发数字化平台、强化数据收集分析、实施数字技术集成、发挥数据赋能优势,促进农产品价值链增值。Empowering the value chain of agricultural products with digital technology is an important way to promote agricultural modernization.At present,there are problems in the value chain of agricultural products,such as insufficient ability and willingness of farmers to apply modern agricultural technology,low level of informatization in the circulation process,insufficient data collection and sharing,and insufficient ability to grasp changes in demand during the sales process.To address these issues,it is necessary to establish a dynamic control mechanism for the entire process from planting to sales,a chain-extension value-added mechanism for agricultural product data flow analysis,and a standardized management guarantee mechanism for the production and circulation stages.Additionally,developing a digital platform,enhancing data collection and analysis,implementing digital technology integration,and leveraging the advantages of data empowerment are essential to promote the value addition of the agricultural product value chain.
