摘  要:对黄鲫进行了全基因组测序,并进行了survey分析和微卫星特征研究,旨在评估其基因组基本信息并为进一步研究该物种的遗传多样性和进化提供重要信息。研究表明,黄鲫基因组大小约为815Mb,重复序列比例为39.69%,杂合率为1.77%;通过初步组装,得到的ContigN50为35836bp,ScaffoldN50为107605bp。此外,在全基因组范围内,检测出了14.562379个微卫星位点,相对丰度约1713个·Mb^(-1);其中,二碱基重复最常见(90.64%),其次为单碱基重复(5.52%),6碱基重复较少(0.24%)。微卫星重复拷贝数主要分布在6~15次之间,AC/GT和AG/CT是最常见的2碱基重复类型。这些研究结果为黄鲫的遗传学及进化生物学研究提供了重要的信息,并且为黄鲫的遗传多样性保护提供了有用的分子标记。In this study,the whole genome of Setipinna tenuifilis was sequenced,and genome-wide survey analysis and microsatellite feature studies were conducted to evaluate its basic information and provide impor-tant information for further research on the species'genetic diversity and evolution.The study showed that S.tenuifilis genome size is approximately 815 Mb,with a repeat sequence proportion of 39.69%and a heterozy-gosity rate of 1.77%.With the preliminary assembly,the contig N50 was 35836 bp and the scaffold N50 was 107605 bp.In addition,14562379 microsatellite loci were detected in the whole genome,with a relative abundance of approximately 1713 microsatellite motifs per Mb,Among them,the dinucleotide repeat was the most common(90.64%),followed by the mononucleotide repeat(5.52%),and the hexanucleotide repeat was less frequent(0.24%).The microsatellite repeat copy number was mainly distributed between 6 and 15 times,and AC/GT and AG/CT were the most common dinucleotide repeat types.These research results provide important information for genetic and evolutionary biology studies of s.tenuifilis and useful molecular markers for the protection of its genetic diversity.
