师彬“微针通脉法”治疗神经根型颈椎病证治机理及临床应用

摘　　要：介绍师彬教授应用“微针通脉法”治疗神经根型颈椎病的理论基础及临床经验。师彬教授认为神经根型颈椎病作为颈椎病的一种常见、高发类型,基本病机在于“经脉不通,气血失调”,因而其治疗贵在条达阻滞之经气,以使气血调和、经脉通畅。“微针通脉法”具有循经取穴、灵活辨证,多针浅刺、以痛为腧,轻针调气、重视刺序的三大治疗特色;以求达到解结通络、条达气血与扶正祛邪的目的,在治疗神经根型颈椎病的过程中取得了显著成效。This study introduced the theoretical basis and clinical experience of Professor SHI Bin in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy with ‘micro needle unblocking channel therapy'.Professor SHI Bin believes that,as a common and high-risk type of cervical spondylosis,nerve root type cervical spondylosis has the basic pathogenesis of ‘blocked channel and imbalance of Qi and blood'.Therefore,its treatment is focused on dredging Qi of blocked channel,in order to harmonize Qi and blood,and ensure smooth channel.The ‘micro needle unblocking channel therapy' possesses the characteristics of selecting acupoints along meridians and flexibly differentiating syndrome.It also characterized by multiple shallow needling,taking pain location as acupoint.The three major therapeutic features of light acupuncture for regulating Qi and the sequence of needling are emphasized to achieve the treatment goals of clearing knots and unblocking collateral,regulating Qi and blood,and supporting right-Qi and eliminating pathogenic factors,which has achieved significant effects in treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.
