摘 要:大型变压器与发电机定子等超限装备的铁路安全运输,是确保国家输电重点工程建设顺利实施的重要保障.针对超限货物装载边界与转向架之间的安全干涉空间计算校核,传统动力学仿真存在建模过程复杂、计算效率低等问题,本文提出一种基于多级底架点-弦几何表征的超限货车曲线通过安全空间评估方法;建立了以曲线半径等线路参数、小/中/大底架心盘间距等车辆参数为输入的转向架-货物界面安全空间距离的理论解析模型,并分别通过动力学仿真进行了验证,不同导向方式下15种不同半径曲线通过的允许安全货物装载长度误差在3.68 mm以内、相对误差低于0.028%.本文提出的车货位姿解算评估方法,能准确高效地计算超限车辆运行过程中货物与转向架的安全干涉空间,可为铁路超限专列的安全开行提供科学计算依据.The safe transportation of oversize equipment such as large transformers and generator stators by railway is an important guarantee for the smooth implementation of national key electricity transmission projects.In the light of the problems of complex modeling process and low computational efficiency in traditional dynamic simulation,this paper proposed a safety space evaluation method for over-limit truck curve based on multistage frame point-string geometry characterization.A theoretical analytical model of the safe space distance between bogies and cargo interfaces was established with the input of line parameters such as curve radius and vehicle parameters such as the distance between small/medium/large bottom frame center plates. Verified by dynamic simulation respectively, the allowable safe cargo loading length error of 15 different radius curves was within 3.68 mm and the relative error was less than 0.028% under different guiding methods. The calculation and evaluation method of freight position and posture proposed in this paper can accurately and efficiently calculate the safety interference space between cargo and bogie during the operation of over-limit vehicles, and can provide scientific calculation basis for the safe operation of over-limit special railway trains.
