摘　　要：针对便捷指挥所需要快速架设的需求,设计了一款能够满足充气帐篷及其配套物资存储的依车开设式机构。该机构由翻转机构、滑动机构以及控制单元3部分组成。通过对该机构进行总体设计、电动机选型计算、PLC控制设计以及系统降噪设计等,达到用户操作控制单元即可控制翻转门翻转和帐篷胶囊滑动,从中快速取出充气帐篷及物资的目的。该机构既能安装在车辆平台上随车运输和使用,也能通过叉车短距离或者货车长距离运输。其运输便捷,易于操作,具有噪声小、自动化高、可靠性高、维修性强等特点,能够很好地满足便捷指挥所的快速收起与搭建需求,而且实现了一键操控的目的,具有较广泛的应用场景。In response to the need for quick installation of the convenient command posts,a new type of open machinery for vehicles was designed that could satisfy the storage of inflatable tents and their supporting materials.The mechanism consisted of a turnover mechanism,a sliding mechanism,and a control unit.By conducting overall design,motor selection calculation,PLC control design,system noise reduction design for the mechanism and so on,the user could control the flipping door and tent capsule sliding by operating the control unit,and quickly remove the inflatable tent and materials from it.The open machinery for vehicle was convenient for transportation and was easy to operate and it could be transported by trucks for long distances or by forklifts for short distance.Its transportation was convenient and its operation was convenient with the characteristics of low noise,high automation,high reliability and strong maintainability.It could well satisfy the rapid retraction and construction requirements of a convenient command post,moreover,the purpose of one-key control was realized,it had a wide range of application scenarios.
