摘　　要：要做好党的新闻舆论工作,关键在人。高校作为新闻传播人才培养的前沿阵地,要充分利用范长江红色基因优质的思想政治教育资源,探究范长江红色基因融入高校新闻传播人才思想政治教育的理论逻辑和实践进路。这既是新时代高校贯彻落实立德树人根本任务的客观要求,也是为党培养和造就一支品德高尚、富有政治使命感与社会责任感、能够担当民族复兴大任的新闻舆论工作队伍的自觉之为。People are the key to carrying out the CPC’s work related to journalism and public opinion.Universities play a nucleus role in cultivating talents in journalism and communication.They should fully utilize the high-quality resources of core values education with the inheritance of revolutionary tradition and spirit from FAN Changjiang.Thus,the theoretical logic and practical approaches to integrating the inheritance of revolutionary tradition and spirit from FAN into the core values education of journalism and communication talents can be explored and applied fully in universities.The integration is an objective requirement for universities in the new era to implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education.It is also a conscious effort to cultivate a team of work related to journalism and public opinion for the CPC.The team is morally upright,imbued with a sense of political mission and social responsibility,capable of shouldering the great responsibility of national rejuvenation.
