智慧社会背景下民俗档案资源建设方略

摘　　要：社会的智慧化对民俗档案资源建设而言既是机遇也是挑战。目前民俗档案资源建设还存在建档意识薄弱、档案管理主体多元分割、建档制度不健全、档案整理技术落后等问题,需通过智慧化手段来弥补这些不足。智慧社会理念对民俗档案具有深度感知作用,对民俗档案数据具有深度分析作用,对民俗档案资源具有深度互联与共享作用,同时可以实现民俗档案利用的全方位覆盖,促使民众在民俗档案资源建设方面进行角色转变。因此,可以运用物联网技术对民俗档案进行智慧收集与整理,运用云计算技术对民俗档案进行智慧管理,运用大数据分析技术促进民俗档案资源的智慧服务。The smartization of society is both an opportunity and a challenge for the construction of archival resources of folklore.Currently,there are issues to be coped with reference to the construction,such as weak archival awareness,multiple fragmented entities of archival management,incomplete archival systems,and outdated techniques of archival organization.The issues need badly to be addressed through means of smartization.Smart society plays a deeply perceptual role in folklore archives.It not only provides an in-depth analysis of archival data of folklore,but also facilitates deep interconnection and sharing of archival resources of folklore.More importantly,it enables comprehensive coverage of utilization of folklore archive.Moreover,it encourages a shift in the roles of the general public in the construction of archival resources of folklore.Therefore,the technology of Internet of Things,firstly,can be utilized for smart collection and organization.Secondly,cloud computing technology can be used for smart management.Thirdly,analysis technology of big data can be adopted to promote smart services for archival resources of folklore.
