摘 要:超声检查可用于头颈部、胸部、腹部等多部位、多疾病的临床诊断。随着超声诊断的不断发展,各种新技术层出不穷。其中,斑点追踪技术得到了广泛关注,其又可细分为二维斑点追踪成像(two-dimentional speckle tracking imaging, 2D-STI),三维斑点追踪成像(three-dimentional speckle tracking imaging, 3D-STI)和刚兴起的四维斑点追踪成像(four-dimentional speckle tracking imaging, 4D-STI)。本文概括地比较了二维、三维、四维斑点追踪技术的特点及研究现状,特别重点总结了三维斑点追踪成像技术在心肌炎诊断中的研究进展。Ultrasound diagnosis plays an important role in medical imaging,which can be used for clinical diagnosis of various diseases.With the continuous development of ultrasound diagnosis,various new technologies have emerged one after another.Among them,spot tracking technology has received widespread attention,which can be further divided into two-dimensional spot tracking imaging(2D-STI),three-dimensional spot tracking imaging(3D-STI),and even the newly emerging fourdimensional spot tracking imaging(4D-STI).In this review,the characteristics and research status of 2D,3D,and 4D spot tracking technology are summarized and compared.Especially,the research progress of 3D-STI in the diagnosis and treatment of myocarditis is highlighted.
