摘　　要：随着社会的发展以及犯罪形式的日趋复杂化,海南基层警察在执行任务时面临着多样化的挑战,这些挑战不仅需要警察具备高度的专业知识和技能,还要求他们拥有卓越的身体素质和心理素质。然而,现行的体能训练程序往往无法满足快速变化的警务实战需求,尤其是在海南这样地理环境特殊、社会结构多元的地区。因此,该文旨在探索适合海南基层警察特点的体能训练新路径,以期提高他们应对各种警务挑战的能力,确保有效、高效地维护社会秩序和公共安全,希望通过这项研究,能够为海南及类似地区的警察体能训练提供科学、实用的指导参考。With the development of society and the increasing complexity of criminal forms,grassroots police in Hainan are facing diverse challenges when carrying out tasks,which not only require police to have a high level of professional knowledge and skills,but also require them to have excellent physical and psychological qualities.However,the current physical training program often cannot meet the rapidly-changing needs of real police combat,especially in areas like Hainan with special geographical environments and diverse social structures.Therefore,this paper aims to explore new paths for physical training that are suitable for the characteristics of grassroots police in Hainan,in order to improve their ability to cope with various police challenges,and ensure the effective and efficient maintenance of social order and public safety,hoping to provide scientific and practical guidance for the physical training of police in Hainan and similar areas through this study.
