女子单打网球比赛前四拍的意义分析

摘　　要：近年来,我国女子运动员综合素质得到持续提升,加之球拍技术的进步,使得女子打法逐渐表现为快节奏对抗特性,进攻性也越来越强,前四拍球在女子单打网球赛中发挥着重要作用,对观众也更具吸引力。然而,很多网球教练依旧沿用以往训练模式,造成训练与实际比赛存在脱节现象。该文结合女子网球运动员赛事数据,分析女子单打网球赛前四拍的技战术,比较传统与现代训练模式的应用效果,重点研究前四拍在女子单打网球赛中的意义。通过比较传统与现代训练方式、澳网女子单打网球赛与陕西高校女子网球赛的前四拍战术发现,无论是在专业网球赛还是大学网球赛中,头四拍的出球率都将会影响到最后的胜负,由此可以看出,前四拍的出球率在比赛中起着至关重要的作用。In recent years,the comprehensive quality of female athletes in China has been continuously improved,coupled with the progress of racket techniques,so that women's playing has gradually manifested the characteristics of fast-paced confrontation with stronger and stronger offensive,and the first four rackets play an important role in women's singles tennis tournaments and are also more appealing to spectators.However,many tennis coaches still follow the old training model,resulting in a disconnect between training and actual tournaments.Combined with the tournament data of women's tennis players,this paper analyzes the techniques and tactics of the first four rackets in women's singles tennis tournaments,and compares the application effects of traditional and modern training modes,focusing on the significance of the first four rackets in women's singles tennis tournaments.By comparing traditional and modern training methods,as well as the tactics of the first four rackets in the women's singles tennis tournament at the Australian Open and the women's tennis tournament at the Shaanxi College Tennis Championship,results show that the scoring rate of the first four rackets will affect the final result of the match in both a professional tennis tournament and a college tournament,so it can be seen that the scoring rate of the first four rackets play a crucial role in the tournament.
