新时代教育评价背景下民办高校体育教学改革的研究

摘　　要：在新时代教育评价背景下,为了提高大学体育教学对综合素质人才培养的重要作用,探索民办高校大学体育教学改革创新,采用文献研究法、个案研究法,结合自身从事民办大学体育教学和研究创新的实践经验,对当前民办高校大学体育教学的现状进行分析总结,提出以下几项改革创新建议:完善民办大学体育教学评价体系;提升民办高校大学体育教师教学理念;加强民办高校体育教师科研创新能力;吸收社会资源共建共用体育场地设施;因材施教构建民办高校大学体育课内外一体化教学模式。充分发挥民办高校大学体育的育人功能,培养新时代综合素质大学生人才。In the context of educational evaluation in the new era,in order to improve the important role of university physical education teaching in cultivating talents with comprehensive quality,this paper explores the reform and innovation of university physical education teaching in private colleges and universities.By the literature research method and the case study method,combined with his own practical experience in physical education teaching and research innovation in private colleges and universities,the author analyzes and summarizes the current situation of university physical education teaching in private colleges and universities,and proposes the following reform and innovation suggestions:improve the evaluation system of physical education teaching in private colleges and universities,enhance the teaching concept of physical education teachers in private colleges and universities,strengthen the scientific research and innovation capability of physical education teachers in private colleges and universities,absorb social resources to jointly build and share sports venues and facilities,and teach students according to their aptitude to construct an in-and out-of-class integrated teaching model of university physical education in private colleges and universities,so as to fully leverage the educational function of university physical education in private colleges and universities,and cultivate college student talents with comprehensive quality in the new era.
