摘　　要：体育运动作为有效促进健康的生活行为方式已经获得普遍认同,在建设“健康中国2030”、实现全民健康中发挥着重要作用。构建体育健康促进模式研究,能更加精准制定政策,动员人们参与锻炼,改善生活方式,防治慢性疾病,促进身心健康。当前我国体育健康促进模式研究包括学校—家庭—社区三元联动的体育健康促进模式、家庭—社区—医院—高校四位一体的体育健康促进模式、社会生态体育健康促进模式、PRECEDE-PROCEED体育健康促进模式等。研究认为,PRECEDE-PROCEED体育健康促进模式能克服其他模式研究因素单一、实证缺乏、领域狭窄的局限性,多维动态、系统地开展体育健康促进研究,是较适合当前我国现代化强国建设的路径。A sport,as an effective way of promoting healthy lifestyles,have gained widespread recognition and play an important role in building"Healthy China 2030"and achieving national health.Constructing research on sports health promotion models can formulate policies more precisely,mobilize people to participate in exercise,improve lifestyles,and prevent and treat chronic diseases,so as to promote physical and mental health.The current research on sports health promotion models in China includes the"school-family-community"ternary linkage sports health promotion model,the"family-community-hospital-university"four-in-one sports health promotion model,the social ecological sports health promotion model,the PRECEDE-PROCEED sports health promotion model,etc.The study suggests that the PRECEDE-PROCEED sports health promotion model can overcome limitations such as single research factors,the lack of empirical evidence and narrow fields in other models,and that dynamically and systematically conducting research on sports health promotion from multiple dimensions is the research on sports health promotion models that is more suitable for the current national conditions of building China into a great modern socialist country.
