中药对肥胖病人干预有效性和安全性的系统评价再评价

摘　　要：目的:对中药干预肥胖病人的有效性和安全性系统评价/Meta分析进行再评价。方法:检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、Scopus、Web of Science中关于中药干预肥胖的文献,检索时限为建库至2023年12月5日。由2名研究者独立进行文献检索、资料提取,并采用AMSTAR 2量表对纳入研究进行方法学质量评价。结果:最终共纳入了13篇系统评价,其中中文7篇,英文6篇。结果发现中药对于肥胖病人的体重、体质指数(BMI)、腰围、血脂都有一定的改善作用,且安全性良好。结论:中药对于肥胖病人具有一定的疗效,且不良反应少。中药防治肥胖的机制与“家庭护士食疗理论”模型相似,可有效指导临床护理工作。Objective:The systematic review/Meta-analysis of efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine intervention in obese patients was re-evaluated.Methods:Literature on traditional Chinese medicine intervention in obesity was searched from CNKI,Wanfang database,VIP database,Chinese biomedical literature database,PubMed,Scopus and Web of Science,and the search period was established until December 5 in 2023.Literature search and data extraction were conducted independently by two researchers,and the methodological quality of the included studies was evaluated by AMSTAR 2 Scale.Results:Finally,a total of 13 systematic reviews were included,including 7 in Chinese and 6 in English.The results showed that Chinese medicine can improve the weight,body mass index(BMI),waist circumference and blood lipid of obese patients,and the safety was good.Conclusions:Chinese medicine has certain curative effect on obese patients,and the adverse reaction is less.The mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine prevention and treatment of obesity is similar to the"family nurse diet theory"model,which could effectively guide clinical nursing work.
