摘　　要：目的:构建功能性便秘病人结肠镜检查前肠道准备护理方案并探讨该方案应用效果。方法:通过文献分析、小组讨论、专家咨询构建便秘病人结肠镜检查前肠道清洁护理方案,采用便利抽样法选取医院消化内科2022年10月—2023年3月收治的功能性便秘病人,根据病区分为对照组(n=60)和观察组(n=60),对照组给予常规的肠道清洁护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予功能性便秘病人肠道准备护理方案,比较两组的肠道准备得分及合格率、病变检出率、肠道准备依从性、肠道准备耐受性。结果:观察组的肠道准备合格率、病变检出率和肠道准备依从性均高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组肠道准备过程中出现恶心、腹胀、呕吐、睡眠障碍的例数少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:功能性便秘病人结肠镜检查前肠道准备护理方案可以提高病人的肠道准备合格率、病变检出率、肠道准备依从性,减少肠道准备过程中的不良反应。Objective:To construct a nursing plan for intestinal preparation before colonoscopy in patients with functional constipation and to explore the effect of the application of this plan.Methods:Based on literature analysis,group discussion and expert consultation,the intestinal cleansing nursing plan for constipation patients before colonoscopy was constructed.Patients with functional constipation admitted to the gastroenterology department of the hospital from October 2022 to March 2023 were selected by convenient sampling method and divided into control group(n=60)and observation group(n=60)according to the disease area.The control group was given routine intestinal cleansing care.The observation group was given intestinal preparation nursing program on the basis of routine nursing,and the scores of intestinal preparation,qualification rate,lesion detection rate,intestinal preparation compliance and intestinal preparation tolerance of the two groups were compared.Results:The qualified rate of intestinal preparation,the detection rate of lesions and the compliance of intestinal preparation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the number of cases of nausea,abdominal distension,vomiting and sleep disorders in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Nursing plan of intestinal preparation before colonoscopy for patients with functional constipation can improve the pass rate of intestinal preparation,the rate of detection of the lesions,the adherence to the intestinal preparation,and reduce the adverse reactions in the process of intestinal preparation.
