摘 要:无土栽培过程中,营养液配方直接影响作物的生长发育、产量、品质。为了探究不同营养液配方对苋菜生长的影响,为培养高产优质的无土栽培苋菜提供理论基础,采用椰糠基质,以改良山崎茼蒿配方、改良Hoagland配方、花多多肥料、上海永通肥料的同种浓度的不同配方为4个处理,以华南农大叶菜A配方为对照,通过测定苋菜株高、茎粗、开展度、叶面积,叶片数、叶柄长、地上部和地下部的鲜质量和干质量、主根长、根冠比等生长指标,对不同营养液配方处理下苋菜的生长发育情况进行研究。结果发现,改良山崎茼蒿配方处理效果最好,其苋菜的株高、茎粗、开展度、叶面积和叶柄长均优于对照,对于无土栽培苋菜的生长发育更有益。本研究为培养高优质的无土栽培苋菜提供了一定的理论基础。The nutrient solution formula directly affected the growth,development,yield and quality of crops in the process of soilless culture.In order to explore the effects of different nutrient solution formulas on the growth of amaranth,and provide a theoretical basis for cultivating high-yield and high-quality soilless culture amaranth.It was cultivated with coconut bran substrate,the improved amaranth formula,improved Hoagland formula,Huaduoduo fertilizer,Shanghai Yongtong fertilizer with different concentrations of different formulas were used as four treatments,and the South China Agricultural University leaf vegetable A formula was used as the control.The growth and development of amaranth under different nutrient solution formulas were studied by measuring the growth indexes of amaranth plant height,stem diameter,spreading degree,leaf area,leaf number,petiole length,fresh and dry weight of aboveground and underground parts,main root length,root-shoot ratio.The results showed that the improved amaranth formula had the best effect,and the plant height,stem diameter,spreading degree,leaf area and petiole length of amaranth were better than the control,which was more beneficial to the growth and development of soilless culture amaranth.This research provided a theoretical basis for cultivating high yield and high quality soilless cultivated amaranth.
