摘 要:为了明确植物生长调节剂胺鲜酯在大白菜中的残留消解情况,评估其残留量对公众的膳食摄入风险,以胺鲜酯为研究对象,在辽宁、甘肃等10个试验点开展田间试验,建立大白菜中胺鲜酯的残留分析方法,研究胺鲜酯在大白菜中的最终残留量,通过风险熵对大白菜中胺鲜酯的残留进行安全性评价。结果表明:胺鲜酯在0.000 3~0.030 0 mg·kg^(-1)浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数大于0.99。在0.01、0.05、0.20 mg·kg^(-1)3个添加水平下,大白菜中胺鲜酯的平均回收率范围为92.7%~94.6%,相对标准偏差范围为1.8%~3.6%,定量限为0.01 mg·kg^(-1)。胺鲜酯在大白菜上的膳食摄入风险熵值为1.36%,表示为可接受的风险。综上,10%胺鲜酯可溶液剂在大白菜上按推荐有效施药剂量稀释倍数2 000倍施药3次,不会造成大白菜中胺鲜酯的残留超标,且不会对公众健康构成不可接受的风险,群众对农药胺鲜酯的摄入量远远小于安全范围。In order to clarify the residue elimination of the plant growth regulator DA-6 in Chinese cabbage,and to evaluate the risk of its residue to the public dietary intake,a field experiment was carried out in 10 experimental sites in Liaoning and Gansu,etc,to establish a method for analyzing the residue of DA-6 in Chinese cabbage,to study the final residue of DA-6 in Chinese cabbage,and to evaluate the safety of DA-6 residues in Chinese cabbage by risk quotient.The results showed that the linearity of DA-6 was good in the concentration range of 0.0003-0.0300 mg·kg^(-1) with the correlation coefficients greater than 0.99.The average recoveries of DA-6 in Chinese cabbage were in the range of 92.7%-94.6%at the spiked levels of 0.01,0.05,and 0.20 mg·kg^(-1) with the relative standard deviations of 1.8%-3.6%,and the limit of quantification was 0.01 mg·kg^(-1).The dietary intake risk entropy of DA-6 in Chinese cabbage was 1.36%,indicating an acceptable risk.In conclusion,the 10%DA-6 soluble liquid in Chinese cabbage applied three times at the recommended effective application dose diluted 2000 times would not cause residues of DA-6 in Chinese cabbage exceeding the standard,and did not pose an unacceptable risk to the public health,and the intake of the pesticide DA-6 by the general public was far less than the safe range.
