摘  要:在数字经济引领科技潮流的时代环境下,以数据可视化推进企业快速发展,是各企业增加竞争力、换道快速发展的重点和关键。某省电信公司根据海量政企客户数据、基础数据薄弱且缺乏全网统一标识和数据存储口径不统一等问题开发了“企业全融合数字化平台—政企专区”。该平台以政企客户数据为主要研究对象,围绕客户树、政企报表、交易和合同进行数据整合,集成数据驱动、客户画像、价值经营和服务重构等四大板块。实现了推动企业数据治理进程、构建客户树和提升客户价值的愿望。介绍了“企业全融合数字化平台-政企专区”的设计思路和可视化成果,为其他企业的数据可视化转型提供新的参考方案。In the era of digital economy leading the trend of technology,using data visualization to promote rapid development of enterprises is the focus and key for enterprises to increase competitiveness and change lanes for rapid development.China Telecom Guangdong Province Company has developed the"Enterprise Integrated Digital Platform-Government Enterprise Zone"based on is⁃sues such as massive government enterprise customer data,weak basic data,lack of unified identification throughout the network,and inconsistent data storage standards.This platform focuses on government and enterprise customer data as the main research object,inte⁃grating data around customer trees,government and enterprise reports,transactions,and contracts,integrating four major sections:data driven,customer profiling,value management,and service restructuring.The desire to promote enterprise data governance,build cus⁃tomer trees,and enhance customer value has been realized.This article introduces the design concept and visualization results of the"Enterprise Full Integration Digital Platform-Government Enterprise Zone",providing new reference solutions for the data visualiza⁃tion transformation of other enterprises.
