摘　　要：光网络作为信息传输的重要载体,在网络强国战略中发挥着举足轻重的作用。基于光网工程建设现状中的痛难点,从满足客户需求高质量交付和满足企业可持续发展入手,围绕需求、质量、进度、效益、安全开展,提出了光网工程数字化管理系统的系统架构和流程设计,打通经营、投资、建设、资源、运维等系统,将基础数据与生产流程充分融合,积极探索数字化在工程建设领域的应用和实践,赋能光网高质量发展,验证了系统的实用性。As an important carrier for information transmission,optical network plays a vital role in the national strategy of build⁃ing a network powerhouse.Based on the pain points and difficulties in the construction of optical network projects,this paper starts from meeting customer needs for high-quality delivery and meeting the sustainable development needs of enterprises,and designs the system architecture and process of the optical network engineering digital management system around the needs,quality,progress,ben⁃efits,and safety.It connects the systems of operation,investment,construction,resources,and maintenance,fully integrates basic data and production processes,actively explores the application and practice of digitalization in engineering construction,empowers the high-quality development of optical network,and verifies the practicability of the system.
