摘  要:水风光大基地一体化运行是提高直流外送通道利用率、增加清洁能源电量、降低成本电价的重要方式,其难点在于确定风光水大基地的最优容量配比。首先构建水风光大基地系统模型,然后以投资经济性最优为目标,以风光水出力特性、直流通道输送容量为约束,建立时序生产模拟模型,并采用分支定界法求解模型。以金下界河上的梯级电站为例,通过对比不同水风光配比下的新增电量、提升设备利用率和成本电价,给出兼顾环保性、安全性、经济性的最优配比。研究结果可为水风光大基地电规划与建设提供参考依据。The construction of integrated hydro-wind-solar mega-base is an critical way to improve the utilization rate of DC transmission channel,increase clean energy generation and reduce electricity costs.The key challenge lies in determining the optimal ratios of wind,solar,and water capacities.In this paper we propose a method for simulating the production of wind-solar-fire mega-bases based on a DC outbound transmission channel.By establishing the hydro-wind-solar mega-base model,we devise a time-series production simulation model and solve the model through the branch bounding method.The objective of the model is to optimize investment economics,while the wind-water output characteristics and the DC channel transmission capacity are taken as constraints.With the cascade hydropower stations on the Jinxiajie River as a case study,we compare the increased electricity generation,the improved equipment utilization rate and cost price of electricity under different water and wind ratios.On this basis we identify an optimal ratio that accommodates environmental protection,safety and economy.The results can provide reference for the planning and construction of hydro-wind-solar mega-base.
