摘  要:风电、光伏在电网中占比越来越高,到2050年,风光总装机容量预计将占全国电源的70%,为保障风光接入后电网稳定运行,需借助水电资源进行消纳。但风光电的波动性需水电机组频繁参与调节,会导致水电机组调节动态特性发生变化。为量化评估风光接入下水电机组调节性能,构建了能反映水电机组调节性能的指标体系,借助模糊综合评价法客观综合评价风光接入下水电机组调节性能。所提方法可为风光新能源并网提供理论支撑,更好地助力水风光多能互补领域的发展。In response to carbon peaking and carbon neutrality policy,the proportion of wind and photovoltaic power in the grid will increase.By 2050,the total installed capacity of wind and photovoltaic power is estimated to account for 70%of China's power supply.To ensure the stable operation of the grid after wind power integration,it is necessary to utilize hydropower resources for balancing.The volatility of wind and solar power requires frequent involvement of hydroelectric units for regulation,which changes the dynamic characteristics of hydroelectric unit regulation.To quantitatively evaluate the regulation performance of hydropower units integrated with wind and photovoltaic power,we established an evaluation system for the regulation performance of hydropower units.First,we constructed an index system that reflects the regulation performance of hydropower units.Subsequently,by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,we comprehensively evaluated the regulation performance of hydropower units integrated with wind and photovoltaic power.The proposed method in this paper provides theoretical support for the grid connection of wind and photovoltaic energy,and contributes to the development of hydro-windsolar energy complementary integration.
