摘　　要：通过对全球首台百万千瓦水轮发电机组首次C级检修后启动试验中主要操作的介绍,总结了百万千瓦水轮发电机组在启动试验过程中运行人员在操作时的注意事项、设备操作规律、操作经验等,提出了部分操作的优化改进建议,相关成果可为后续百万千瓦水轮发电机组检修后启动试验操作提供参考。In this paper we introduce the key procedures involved in the start-up testing of the world's first megawatt hydroelectric generator unit after the first Class-C overhaul.We summarize the operational guidelines for operators,the equipment operating specifications,and the operational experiences,and then offer suggestions to optimize certain procedures.The findings offer reference for subsequent testing phases of the one million kW hydropower generator set after maintenance.
