摘 要:针对5000t/d水泥熟料生产线烧成系统存在的能耗指标较高,出篦冷机熟料温度较高、分解炉出口CO浓度较高、篦冷机热回收效率较低、预热器收尘效率较低等问题,提出了预热器系统降阻扩容及篦冷机改造方案。通过采取分解炉扩容、增加C1旋风筒内筒高度,改造C3旋风筒连接部位结构,下移三次风管入分解炉位置;将篦冷机一段前端固定篦板形式改为整体结构模块供风,篦板前端篦缝设计为向下的扁“S”型结构等措施,系统降阻效果显著。改造后,预热器出口负压由5300Pa降至4750Pa,系统收尘效率提高至95.6%,熟料标煤耗下降3.4kg/t.cl,出篦冷机熟料温度下降50℃左右,达到了预期改造效果。In response to the high energy consumption index of the pyro system in the 5,000t/d cement clinker production line,including issues such as high clinker temperature exiting the grate cooler,high CO concentration at the outlet of the decomposition furnace,low heat recovery efficiency of the grate cooler,and low dust collection efficiency of the preheater,this paper proposes a retrofit plan for the preheater system's pressure reduction and capacity expansion,as well as the grate cooler.By taking measures such as expanding the capacity of the decomposition furnace,increasing the inner cylinder height of the C1 cyclone,modifying the connection structure of the C3 cyclone,and lowering the position of the tertiary air duct into the decomposition furnace;changing the fixed grate plate form at the front end of the first section of the grate cooler to an overall structural module for air supply,and designing the grate slot at the front end of the grate plate into a downward flat S-shaped structure,the system pressure reduction effect is significant.After the retrofit,the negative pressure at the outlet of the preheater decreased from 5300Pa to 4750Pa,the dust collection efficiency of the system increased to 95.6%,the standard coal consumption of clinker decreased by 3.4kg/t.cl,and the temperature of clinker exiting the grate cooler decreased by about 50°C,achieving the expected retrofit effect.
