摘　　要：某7500t/d水泥熟料生产线EPC项目在执行过程中,利用BIM平台,通过实施项目建设总体策划、划分施工与安装区域、模拟施工场地布置和建设、合理布置施工总平面、加强设备质量管理、施工质量与进度控制、实施智慧安全管理,合理安排设备与材料堆存、非标准件制作场地,加强费用成本控制管理等,实现了项目建设年初开工,当年投产,经济效益与社会效益良好。In the execution process of a 7500t/d cement clinker production line EPC project,BIM platform is used to implement the overall planning of project construction,divide construction and installation areas,simulate construction site layout and construction,rationally arrange the general construction plane,strengthen equipment quality management,construction quality and schedule control,and implement intelligent safety management.It also has achieved the reasonable arrangement of equipment and material storage,non-standard parts production site,strengthening cost control management,etc.The project construction started at the beginning of the year,put into production in the year,and made good economic and social benefits.
