摘 要:水泥熟料抗压强度是水泥生产最关键的控制指标之一。通过岩相分析、衍射分析和金德计算法计算,获得水泥熟料所含矿物的形态、种类、含量。分析表明,不同类型的矿物,在水泥熟料水化过程中的作用不同;同种矿物不同的形态,对水泥熟料的水化作用不同;同种矿物分布的均匀性不同,对水泥熟料抗压强度的发挥也不同。主要矿物的形态、含量、均匀分布程度,对水泥熟料抗压强度的控制起到关键性作用;过量游离钙、方镁石,对水泥熟料主要矿物的形成和晶形发育不利;碱含量较高时,将导致水泥熟料抗压强度下降。提高水泥熟料抗压强度,不仅需要控制好主要矿物组分的含量,还需关注各矿物组分的晶体发育和原材料钠钾含量。The compressive strength of cement clinker is one of the most critical control indicators in cement production.The morphology,types,and content of minerals contained in cement clinker were obtained through petrographic analysis,diffraction analysis and Jinde calculation method.Analysis shows that different types of minerals play different roles in the hydration process of cement clinker.Different forms of the same mineral have different hydration effects on cement clinker.The uniformity of the distribution of the same mineral also affects the compressive strength of cement clinker.The morphology,content,and uniform distribution of the main minerals play a crucial role in controlling the compressive strength of cement clinker.Excessive free calcium and periclase are detrimental to the formation and crystal development of the main minerals in cement clinker.When the alkali content is high,it will lead to a decrease in the compressive strength of cement clinker.To improve the compressive strength of cement clinker,it is not only necessary to control the content of the main mineral components,but also to pay attention to the crystal development of each mineral component and the sodium and potassium content of the raw materials.
