摘　　要：通过实验,分析了脱硫石膏作为水泥缓凝剂,可能存在的Cl^(-)、铵盐、半水亚硫酸钙含量超标和脱硫石膏脱水等导致的水泥品质的各种情况;提出了重点关注燃煤电厂脱硫工艺变化,做好原材料进厂有害成分含量检测,降低水泥入库温度,避免脱硫石膏库内脱水等应对措施,以保证水泥产品质量。Through experiments,various situations have been analyzed that may lead to a decline in cement quality when desulfurized gypsum is used as a cement retarder,including potential issues such as excessive levels of Cl^(-),ammonium salt,and semi-hydrated calcium sulfite content,as well as desulfurized gypsum dehydration.It is proposed to pay attention to changes in desulfurization technology of coal-fired power plants,conduct harmful component content testing of raw materials entering the factory,and adopt measures such as reduceing the temperature of cement entering the warehouse,avoiding dehydration of desulfurized gypsum in the warehouse,to ensure the quality of cement products.
