摘  要:合理有序的城市建设用地增长对促进区域高质量发展具有重要意义。运用城市建设用地增长率、贡献率和LMDI模型,揭示了2012-2017年江苏省城市建设用地增长贡献和增长动因。结果表明:①2012-2017年江苏省城市建设用地增长729.86km^(2),增长率为19.72%,工业用地、道路交通设施用地和居住用地是城市建设用地增长的主要来源,三者的贡献率分别为30.86%、28.55%和22.45%,三者贡献之和高达81.87%;②对城市建设用地增长类型进行划分,连云港、盐城、无锡和常州属于超速增长型,泰州、南通和苏州属于滞后增长型,其余地级市属于同步增长型;③人口、人均GDP和二三产值比重对江苏省及13个地级市的城市建设用地增长具有正向驱动作用,地耗强度对其则具有负向驱动作用,人均GDP是驱动江苏省及13个地级市城市建设用地增长的主导因子,其正向驱动作用明显大于地耗强度的负向驱动作用。The rational and regular growth of urban construction land is of great significance for promoting high-quality development in the region.The paper uses the urban construction land growth rate,contribution rate and LMDI model to reveal the growth pattern and growth drivers of urban construction land in Jiangsu province from 2012 to 2017.The results show that:①From 2012 to 2017,urban construction land in Jiangsu province increased by 729.86 km^(2),with a growth rate of 19.72%.Industrial land,road transportation facilities,and residential land were the main sources of urban construction land growth.The contribution rates of the three were 30.86%,28.55%and 22.45%;the sum of the three is as high as 81.87%.②The types of urban construction land growth is divided.Lianyungang,Yancheng,Wuxi,and Changzhou belong to the rapid growth type;Taizhou,Nantong,and Suzhou belong to the lagging growth type,and the remaining prefecture-level cities belong to the synchronous growth type.③Population,Per capita GDP,and the proportion of output value of secondary and tertiary industries had a positive driving effect on the growth of urban construction land in Jiangsu Province and 13 prefecture-level cities,while land consumption intensity had a negative driving effect on it.Per capita GDP is the leading factor driving the growth of urban construction land in Jiangsu Province and 13 prefecture-level cities.Its positive driving effect is significantly greater than the negative driving effect of land consumption intensity.
